Should You Jog in Extreme Humidity? - Extreme Sports Parkour

I like the exercise and one of my favorite ways to exercise is jogging. I used to run on a treadmill in my basement, but I'm tired of us on the wall the same hours and hours and hours ? a week later, jogging and so eventually I started out.

Of course, creating that all sorts of different problem for me because I was in an area that has constant weather changes throughout the year to live on. How many different people with four seasons, but I'm not one of thembecause it interferes with my jogging!

One of the strangest times, like jogging for me is the summer a little illogical. The summer should go to the best time to go jogging, you might think, but the summers are humid unbelievable, where I live.

Have you ever tried to jog, if it really incredibly humid and sunny at the same time?

The air around you feels like a blanket. The humidity sucks the air right out of the lungs, makes breathing. TheCombination of heat and humidity makes you sweat a lot more than usual, which brings up the problems of drainage, especially when working for long stretches of 4 to 5 miles or more.

Thus leads us to the question, should run in a very humid climate?

Now I'm no doctor, and I can not even begin to pretend to give medical advice, so take this with a grain of salt, but I think that you should not go jogging when the weather is very humid.

I know people whoI do not agree with me, because I only see out and see all the people around the jogging to realize that my opinion it's probably not as popular, but it seems to me that we get healthy and if I run well at Jog wet weather, I always feel worse after I jog, feeling the exact opposite of the rule.

If you want to run in wet conditions, I suggest you take some precautions.

First, drink plenty of fluids before and during the race to run, especially ifYou go to jog more than 5 miles.

Secondly, try early morning or late afternoon when the sun is low, so at least you have not added that the burning heat on my back.

Third, try to run in populated areas where there is a lot of other people, such as a park, the reason why some people suspect that it did dehydration and pass out, and if this happens to you, you should work in a crowded room that it lead people throughout the conversationAmbulance, or at least make sure that you do not hit by a car while you are sleeping on the side of the road.

Jogging can be an incredibly successful year and I hope to make the most of, but maybe, just maybe, in those days really humid, you just go into the basement and pull out the good old treadmill. I think you will not regret it.
