We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and energetic candidates for the position of Leasing Consultant at our?Redmond Hill East?property in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities: Responsible for all leasing efforts Implement marketing programs of the property, including: successful leasing of apartments, qualifying potential residents, and creation of all rental agreements Record all traffic, rental results, & resident activity Provide professional service at all times, including assisting residents with service requests ?

High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred. Direct sales and marketing experience, 2 yrs related or 1yr industry experience (preferred). Strong communication skills, knowledge of business correspondence. Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Yardi preferred.
