The Leasing/Marketing Professional role is primarily responsible for leasing the property with a strong emphasis on customer service, meeting goals and achieving results.? He/She is responsible for preparing leases or rental agreements, developing and implementing ?strategic promotion through activities, campaigns and events to market property, building customer loyalty, developing relationship with university community, engaging in networking opportunities to effectively brand company, conducting tours, processing rental applications, advertising and daily administration of property marketing goals. ?
