This National Client is looking for a qualified and experience HR professional to take the role of the Human Resources Business Partner. As a result of a new tender which has been won for a business program in Central Australia, the company has created a new post of Human Resources Business Partner.
This is a highly responsible role, reporting to the HR Manager who is based interstate. They are looking for someone with a high degree of ability in building and sustaining professional relationships with numerous stakeholders, so communication and liaison skills are a must. You will also be expected to act as an HR Advisor in a variety to people management, recruitment, coaching & training, professional development, workforce planning. The responsibilities also include policy development and involvement in program planning.
In order to be considered for this critical role, you will be a senior Human Resources professional, with extensive experience i n workforce planning, change management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, not to mention the ability to work within company policy and industry legislation and practice.
You must have a tertiary HR qualification and extensive experience in the above areas. In addition to this proven experience, you will have a high level of planning, organisational and problem solving skills, along with exemplary communication skills and the ability to build and manage key relationships with stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate a business partnership approach in a business that holds the Human Resources function as a key factor in the business success.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative and ingenious approach to work and the enthusiasm to think outside the box in regards to problem solving and program design. To be considered for this role, you must have worked within the private sector at a senior level within an HR team. You will fi nd the salary package offered within the large range to be commensurate with your level of experience. Please note that this role is based in Alice Springs and you must be able to pass AFP and security checks.
